I am the principal analyst for the forthcoming CMSWatch Web Analytics Report, an in depth technical evaluation of the major web analytic software vendors, and I am also the founder of my own firm, PKWeb Communications, a vendor-neutral web analytics and strategy consultancy. A former journalist, marketing exec and 14 year Internet veteran, I have ten years of web analytic experience that includes heading web analytics at Bell Atlantic, founding the web analytics best practices consulting services group at NetGenesis - a “first generation” web analytics software solution company, and consulting to the Fortune 100. I am also the author of “The Executive’s Guide to Web Site Measurement and Testing, a "plain language" introduction to planning and implementing web analytics.
